Thank you

You are welcome, what you all do for the club we all support is brilliant (in my opinion) and I am determined to keep chipping away, not only with money but also on my podcast 👏

Any upcoming Tifo’s for us to look forward to?

We really hope so. I can’t say a great deal on it here but the club has put a huge stumbling block in for us on that.

We are though doing our hardest to attempt to work something out.

• Some Members said that some fans sitting in the Kop (SK2/3/4) get frustrated about not being able to see players when they run out of the tunnel/not being able to cheer or clap as they would like to when there are displays at that end of the ground. They also mentioned not getting the benefit of seeing the display themselves and said that for some fans it has an actively negative impact on their experience at the start of a game. Members suggested that the location of crowd displays could be more varied so that those in the Kop could also benefit from seeing the display and weren’t always the ones whose experience was inhibited at the start of the game. • Members felt that there should clear messaging from the Club to inform supporters whether the crowd displays are Club-led or Supporter Group-led as it was felt there was some confusion about whether previous displays had been led by the Club or Supporter Groups. Members suggested that many fans aren’t aware that Supporter Groups develop some of these displays and there is an assumption they are produced by the Club. Some Members asked whether the Club would finance Supporter Group displays and felt that the fact there was no financial support from the Club was reflected in the ‘non-corporate’, less sophisticated design of the Supporter Group led displays. • It was proposed that flags could be used for when the team needs a ‘lift’ at any point during the season as it was felt they contribute to a positive atmosphere in the stadium.

Just read the latest FCC notes. The end of Tifos in the Kop then?

This last sentence is interesting

It really needs fans who support the tifos or broadly UFS, to contact the club about removing barriers to tifos and making the groups life less excruciating.

That’s one option, i do wonder how many would do that though.

The other option, and I know some

will see this as something else UFS have to wipe the arse of our fan base on, but you could maybe suggest to the club that you do some research on their behalf by having a stall outside the ground and ask people to write their thoughts on TIFOs down and present these.

We used to have a stall at the ground on matchdays which was a great way for us to interact with the wider fan base. The club unfortunately shut it down citing health and safety/lack of space
