If the article is true it's a good decision: Get a pre-agreement with Luton so the player knows he is going to a good team and Luton stays sweet on us; but still giving him a chance to secure a spot with us over the summer: If he is Premier League ready, Luton won't really complain. It also beds Wright into a team that is pushing for promotion, so if he is surplus to requirements for us next year, he probably has a deal in place with a good team. Win-win-win for everyone.

If Callum becomes a decent Championship or better player I reckon that makes him one of the most successful academy graduates who’ve not been with us since an early age. Schlupp is the only other, coming in at 16 iirc.

Yeah came from Man Utd for a £1m in 2014 under NP, made a couple of first team appearances iirc

Schlupp was with us since they age of 11
