My frustration is I've tried to ask the question but all I got is they will be sent out soon

The ticket for each game is sent out a few days in advance of kick off. (You can't have two tickets on your phone at once, i e Sevilla and the first game of your season ticket).

I’ve just rang them and the ticket office were incredibly rude. Just flat out said I must have made a mistake and there’s no going back.

So my issue is due to my work I can’t attend every game, so I used to give my ticket to a family member, I’m guessing with this e-ticket you can’t do that?

It's true, you must have made a mistake or not read the numerous communications. It happens!

I had the same issue this morning, Phoned the ticket office to say I've gone the with mobile option but have since found out my phone is not compatible and the girl said that's my fault, I said that while i agree with you, I've still got the issue that I cant get in Sunday, I was advised to come down to the stadium with my phone and they would offer an alternative option, but the season ticket card is definitely not an option now.

It's really real really easy. Just log in to lcfc.com on your phone, go to tickets, then click on your name and select season ticket, tick the box next to your season ticket and then click add to wallet. It then downloads to your phone.

Only issue I have is transferring it to someone else if I want to.

Cheers, what they said!

I opted for the season card. Unless they've significantly improved the mobile coverage at the stadium, its like entering a cave 600ft underground for 2 hours. What could possibly go wrong?

Electronic tickets do not require any kind of mobile coverage,  the ticket is saved to the phone before you embark on your trip to the stadium.

So I opted not to have a mobile ticket, yet I’ve been sent one…. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes! They said its too late to change! Can you download the season tickets to a spare phone and just use that phone for getting in? And swap it between family members?

You say that, but it took forever for my Google Wallet to come online on Sunday. I know it shouldn't affect things, but I have had no problems with it except at the stadium where there is a very weak signal.

You don't need Google Wallet to be online,  your electronic ticket sits in the memeory of your mobile device,  not in the cloud. So you don't need any signal.  I don't know what your problem was on Sunday,  but it had zero to do with any signal to your mobile device.

The problem isn't that it won't work. It's that there's enough old moaning gits who don't want it to.

Most moaning old gits have adapted to so many changes over the last 50 plus years that even we fail to appreciate how different things were before.

There was an entire thread for inverse moaning on this subject,.

why not let this one be for those that need help?

.

Have they? All I ever hear them say is "you see we didn't have these computers when I was your age" and then ignorantly don't learn and want everyone to do everything for them.

If you load up your ticket in the wallet, you click on 'show code', a QR code should appear. You can scan this QR code where you usually scan your ticket at the turnstile. I did this at the Sevilla game and it worked fine. So if, like many ST holders, you share your ticket with family members, you should be able to send them the screenshot of the QR code, rather than giving them your actual phone to take to the game.

Sorry if this question has already been posted….

I wanted to send my ticket to my cousin when I’m away on holiday…. Do I simply send him the email as I’ve noticed the ticket can’t be shared in the way you normally would on apple wallet

I will try this at the weekend…. Easiest is the screen shot of course, but figured sending an email across should also work

Seems electronic ticketing is the way to go, I mean it worked a treat in the conference semi-final in Rome 😄half the scanners at the turnstiles didn't work properly.
