So you won't need a NFC compatible phone. My phone is from 2019 and unfortunately doesn't have NFC technology

If your phone is from 2019 surely it’s nfc ready. I have an iPhone 8 which was released in 2017 and it is nfc ready. Nfc is not a new or complex concept

It Isn't its a honor 9x and doesn't have NFC technology. I didn't say it was complex just some phones including mine don't have NFC.

Is an Honor 9x a Huawei phone? I’d be absolutely amazed if you can’t activate NFC on a good phone like that. Worth looking into further

Yeah it's crazy but there is no way to enable NFC on my device. Its a good all round phone but its appalling it doesn't have NFC technology. I've tried multiple apps but just say NFC can't be enabled. Thanks for your help. 

 

What I'm more annoyed is supporters should have an option to print at home. Yes I'm in the minority not having a NFC phone but there will be others.

I'm the same as well, my phone is fairly new and I tried to add my bank card Google pay/wallet and it said "contactless not supported" tried to locate NFC in my settings but couldn't find it, Googled the make of my phone and turns out it doesn't have NFC and it's not something that can be installed on the phone, 

 

Emailed Jim twice to ask if you can convert into a QR code but never answered the question, I've tried to watch the help video but I gave up waiting for it to load.

 

Really wish I had just ticked the use card now!

I want to reply surely they will let you choose the card option now you have found out all this, but sadly the way they are ploughing on its likely they wont

It's an absolute farce. I'm sure there will be at least 10% of supporters without NFC technology on their phones. I've emailed the club too hope they get it sorted. 

 

They should let supporters have the option of printing QR codes at home

Not having a mobile phone I've just received my season ticket by post.

Managed to download my ticket last night.

 

More by chance than anything I was looking at the Season Ticket option on my account and the add to wallet option was there. Not exactly how I understood it would work from the club’s instructions but there you go.

I opted for the season card. Unless they've significantly improved the mobile coverage at the stadium, its like entering a cave 600ft underground for 2 hours. What could possibly go wrong?

I’ve just rang them and the ticket office were incredibly rude. Just flat out said I must have made a mistake and there’s no going back.

 

So my issue is due to my work I can’t attend every game, so I used to give my ticket to a family member, I’m guessing with this e-ticket you can’t do that?

I think that's the idea unfortunately! They should be more flexible in letting you change it though, even if you did make a mistake.

I've found the online guide. Only problem I have now is that they've sent me an email with no link or ticket. Incredible

Emailed the club and they've replied to say it's happened with some of the emails... they're working on it, apparently 🥴

It's really real really easy. Just log in to lcfc.com on your phone, go to tickets, then click on your name and select season ticket, tick the box next to your season ticket and then click add to wallet. It then downloads to your phone.

 

Only issue I have is transferring it to someone else if I want to.
