What's going on with trains from London? Would like to go to this purely to tick a ground off but there don't seem to be train tickets available. Is this an Avanti-being-shit thing?

avanti will put their timetable live about 1 week in advance

Avanti are shit usually end up releasing a timetable 2 days before. Do miss Virgin trains.

I’m getting this ticket anytime off peak train as it will be valid on Avanti as I’m only going via london since the trains don’t run in time for me to get to the game.

I've found one for 30 pound return via Rugby but it's like 3 hours. Not sure I want to spend 6 hours on the train to watch Leicester at the moment

From my point of view, we're rubbish but it doesn't stop my support. We could be top or bottom, I still want to go to games.

"Good times and bad times we'll always back the lads" has truly gone out the window now we're bottom, eh!? It shouldn't. Support isn't just turning up when the good times are here.

Same mate doesn’t stop the support loyal fans 💙🦊.

I was always picking and choosing games this season (financially and family). However, I still have a buzz and desire to go to away games and I'll do what I can. The only thing I dislike is the lack of an atmosphere and it's really hard to get anything going these days. The home games I have really enjoyed again due to the singing section and I almost don't care what happens on the pitch (it is secondary to backing your team and having a good time for me).

I always get the buzz when on the day I'm going to a game (home or away). Being bottom of this league isn't gonna stop it.

Good times and the bad we'll never back the lads. Same, really like going to games and seeing friends/family and having a laugh. Each to their own but i do feel for people who go to the football solely to watch the football, as ludicrous as that sounds. Plus you have to keep going to keep your away priority!

Remember going to places like Yeovil away on a cold Monday night and places like Cheltenham / Bristol rovers always seemed better than going Man C, Chelsea etc.
