Think if we don't want races finishing under safety cars, and we don't want shitshows like the final race of 2021, red flags this late in races might become more regular when there would ordinarily be a need for a safety car.

I get there's a lot of scenarios in the sport, but why do we seem to keep ending up in situations where nobody, the teams, drivers, race directors, fans, broadcasters etc know what's gonna happen or what the result might be. Someone needs to sit down and write rules that cover every conceivable situation.

Hopefully Sainz gets a deserved penalty of some sort so Hulkenberg gets his deserved podium.
