This isn’t a “We shouldn’t have sacked Brendan” post, the board were left with no choice.

 

However, this is an “I told you so” post, to all of those expecting a good, proven manager to come in for a couple of months and save us.

To be honest, it wasn’t really that difficult to call, you merely applied common sense, something our dithering chairman and highly paid 'expert' board appears to have been lacking in.

He/she/they and he/she/they alone was/were able to foresee that we’d be unable to lure Pep to the club (immediately, as recruitment is ongoing). 
 

Should that post go on to look a bit stupid after the recruitment process has concluded, please ignore this post as it to will appear daft for singing City1884’s praises. Thinking about it, just hang fire on the whole Board of Legends thing.
