I do too but I was maudlin and hadn't taken my anti depressants for the day. 

 

I have a glimmer of hope, but unfortunately that's all it is because to believe in the same way the press reports us (and this was a reply to someone quoting bookies odds etc) is to have faith based on nothing really tangible, because the reported reasons feels like a case of the emperors new clothes. 

 

Bottom line, I've not accepted relegation by any means but I understand fully that we are worse off than the "they're too good to go down, Brendan has proven pedigree" etc brigade seem to believe.(mainly the press but also unfortunately too many fans) that is being peddled from the outside.

 

Mentally preparing myself for the worst. 

 

There is nothing but blind hope to say we will win today, and part of me would still accept a loss if it meant he was gone. 

 

Or more to the point, if we lose today, surely he's got to go.
