Have you seen a lot of all the other teams that are struggling?

Yes, we are the worst team in the league. Have zero fight and most likely to crack under pressure and have the worst home support to push us on.

It's such a weird feeling not being excited for another international break to be over and for leicester to be playing again. Brendan has successfully sucked all life, excitement and hope out of watching us play. Sad.

Iversen

Ricardo - Amartey - Souttar - Castagne (VK if fit)

Mendy - KDH

Maddison - Nacho - Barnes

Daka.

.. I  just do not understand why we do not revert to 4-3-3!!!

Maddison as the creator, KDH as the metronome and Ndidi staying at home covering the backline.

Tete and Barnes on the flanks and Nacho as the false #9.

It is the most balanced as we can be, hard to think that we are looking at any other option.

I believe my eyes

we are the most likely

The leauge table, the bookies odds the respective sides remaining fixture lists and the majority of pundits all say we are not the most likely.

With respect maybe you eyes are a little off?  I'm not saying we won't go down but we in a race of 9 teams and in that race we have a lot of things going for us like fixtures, points on the board and quality established premier leauge players like maddison and Barnes.

Quality (which we have very little of) means much less now. It's mostly about fight, passion, nerve, toughness and aggression at this stage of the season. I'd bank we are the weakest team on that list in all of those categories. Coupled with one of the most anaemic and uninspiring managers in the game, it's a recipe for implosion.

To add to this, the optimism from the outside looking in, as well as just buying the bullshit about BR being good enough, also takes into account how many matches we have left against teams around us.

Other than blind hope, what has given anybody close our club, any optimism that we will actually win any of them. This understandable pessimism brings the final factor into play, for each one of those we lose, we are doubly ****ed!

Fear the worst, hope for the best is about as good as it gets I reckon.

And even if we win, and play ace, weve seeb enough to know it can turn to shit again just as quickly.

Oh the ****ing excitement.

Analysis on the BBC website suggests that tomorrow's game features the two clubs least likely of the bottom nine to go down. This seems to be based on who is playing who in the remaining fixtures, with the clubs with more games against fellow-strugglers deemed to be an advantage. But surely it's best to play against mid-table sides with nothing much to play for rather than against desperate-to-win-at-all-costs sides near the bottom.

I think Fulham away is one of our most winnable remaining games. I think they'll have nothing on it at all by the time we play them.

I agree mostly with the bookies there. I’d throw Palace in too IF we beat them tomorrow, really not sure how the Hodgson appointment will pan out - will either be terrible or a master stroke, not sure there will be much middle ground on that one. Leeds could struggle also, but think they’ll survive.

Personally, I think ourselves, Wolves, West Ham and Everton will definitely stay up.

They have Roy Hodgeson.

With so many palace fans skeptical about Roy coming back, I genuinely think if we can take a lead the atmosphere will sour almost instantly.  Of course on the flip side a goal would probably give them a huge lift … the first 15 minutes could be huuuge .

I had to go out a run a few errands this morning. I got in the car, turned on the radio and was immediately greeted by the sound of Ian Brown…

“F.E.A.R. (You got the fear)
F.E.A.R. (You got the fear)
F.E.A.R. (You got the fear)
F.E.A.R. (You got the fear)…”

FFS I KNOW, Ian! Just leave me alone 😥
