Thought it was hilarious when the ball was passed to him on the line and he stumbled it out of play for a throw in to them, though he did show a bit of desire in the second half, he is  erm....lacking

The most complimentary thing I've ever seen written about him on here is 'he wasn't the worst player today'.

Whilst he's not been good enough overall, he was one of our better players 2nd half. One of the only players that wanted the ball and tried to make something happen. Worked hard and took some responsibility. Quality was lacking all over but at least he actually tried

An absolutely awful signing. Had a game of two halves today, the second being better thab the first as he seemed to drive forward in the manner of an attacking midfielder, which was refreshing. But only masks the many flaws of a player not built for this league.

Explaining the changes, Sadler said the team needed some new energy.

 

 

and decided Soumare could provide that?

Along with Amartey, he can't even shield the ball, whoever thought he could cut it and completed the scout report must be on glue.

The worst player I have seen in a City shirt (Along with Kelvin Etuhu and Junior Lewis). AWFUL!

He still has no idea how to do the basics. In the first few minutes when he couldn't control a tap of a pass said it all about him .

 

Useless, no matter how hard he tries. Not good enough for us next season in the Championship.

It shows just how bad we’ve become when we had posters in the match thread, purring about how well Soumare had played for approx 10 mins in the second half. The reason for this is frankly because he was just doing his job for 10 mins.. winning tackles and passing to his own team mates.

The other 80 or so minutes, he was bloody useless.

Again, this is indicative of how low the standard of the team has sunk. There’s some excitement generated when one of our players is just doing the basics right.

Christ, it’s been a truly awful season.
