I’ve always found emailing them has been quicker, when i’ve been in the same situation. Will just get them reprinted for collection at the grounds ticket office.

Was only a thing in the Prem, not happened at all this year.

Dunno much about it other than It's a Wetherspoons and around 10 mins walk from the ground apparently.

Spoke to the ticket office earlier.  Got to phone tom if still not received and they’ll arrange a reprint for me to collect from Hull ticket office on Sat.

Mine came yesterday in a battered envelope with original address scribbled out and my address hand written on so god knows
