Any news on what on earth is happening with Petermann?

Has a partial tear.near her Patella, spoke to her after and she said she’s hoping to get back asap but just keeps getting setbacks with it.

Was told we’ve done very well out of the Kop deal and we will see at least one signing in the forward position before the window closes.

shame they didn't want Leitzig instead

why didn't she have surgery to fix it? would surely have been back by had had she done so?

Any news on Denny Draper, don't think we ever heard what her injury was?

Draper has had knee problems for ages now.

Looked like she was on her way back but hasn't healed properly so might be looking at another surgery.

Awful luck for her this past year.

I’ve no idea if she has had surgery at any point but you would like to think everything is being done that can be done in terms of physio, specialists and scans.

Draper, not entirely sure on the injury but was told it’s looking like she won’t feature this season.

Deanne Rose is also some way off.

Leitzig is comfortably the better keeper, a couple of mistakes doesn't change that she's one of the best in the division

Handled well yesterday, but nearly got caught again with a replica of the first goal when another clearance was charged down in the 2nd half.

I always say watch the semi final from last season with regard to Kop, she’s all over the place in parts, selling her was good business because Liv is very capable and by all accounts we’ve taken well over market value for Kop.

A Welsh international back up keeper.  What could possibly go wrong?!

The full game is on YouTube

Seems they all over the place, last one I had to go on iplayer.

What was going on with our keeper hitting it at a player and twice in the game, hopefully she learns from that.  Good win regardless.  We seem to be having players coming back now as well.

Deadline day for the Women’s team is tomorrow

Leicester

Sarah: Have Leicester made any progress in transfers? For a team with no striker and a heavily injured frontline, they appear to have made zero progress on addressing their major missing puzzle piece.

Emma: I definitely expected more from Leicester in the transfer window and I think it is a risk to have not stocked up on attacking players considering the injury crisis. There is nothing on my radar currently but I know manager Amandine Miquel is keen to remain active up until the deadline.

Great result.  It was good to see the game going on round the dead body at 2:00 as well.  Referee obviously decided it was nothing so waved play on.

I can imagine that if there is nothing happening by deadline day the thought may be that our current performances may get us over the line without spending and then potentially having more of a dilemma when it comes to these current strikers being fit again.

We know we can't afford upgrades on what we currently have and I think the hope that someone may be willing to gamble, take a loan here to look to play themselves into a Euros team is pretty slim really.

The lack of goals is a big concern, but we are picking up more points than Palace and for the most part we are playing well.

We spoke to Miquel after the game on Sunday, she was expecting players to come in, at least 1 maybe 2.  Told us they had done very well out of the Kop deal.
Only 27 hours left to find out.

Wouldn't surprise me if we just sign a number 2 keeper. Haven't seen a single rumour outside of replacing kop. Desperately need more goals. Still nothing about petermanns return?

Nothing on Petermann.
Maybe Miquel now thinks O’Brien, Cain, Goodwin, Chossonotte and Momiki will see us through.

Taking a risk if we don’t bring at least 1 in.

Fair to say we had no money until the Kop deal went through. Business not done early, no rumoured targets. Fairly typical of the club now, we used to get deals done early.
