Thought that might be the case.  Might do him some good. Always looks a bit quiet.  Might have to come out of his shell a bit.

Silko Thomas (6.1 - 61 mins) - Wigan 0-2 Reading

Trouble is he's got the captain Robinson, Ahmedhodzic and loanee Gilchrist from Chelsea to get in ahead of.  I think he's just in there because they need cover tbh or like today to try and see a game out. Like you say hopefully he can force his way in.

Interestingly they have Rak-Sakyi on loan who we unsuccessfully tried to loan last year. He got subbed on in the 90th.

Gilchrist seems to be RB for them and Robinson is traditionally a left back who seems to have moved to centre back. But their fans are suggesting Robinson was at fault for both goals today and haven’t really rated him for a while so it was an odd choice to make captain. They seem to want Souttar in the side so I don’t think he is a squad filler and reckon he’ll be in alongside Ahmedhodzic before long.
