Please let's end a bloody awful season with a bit of comedy. Forest bottling UCL and Leeds falling apart again would both be utterly glorious.

Although I suspect a couple on here would need talking down from the top of a multistorey on the former. 😂

Still waiting on you digging out a post where I've ever said I want them to do well, I'd love to see the above happen as well.

Actually I'd rather Leeds go up simply because I want the league to be weaker for us lol

Villa looking very good, also doing exactly what you need to do against Forest and getting ahead first

They fold like deckchairs if you bag first against them. Whatever European competition they end up in, it's not difficult to see them getting twatted at least once.

Forest should be getting some sort of Europe after spending 600 billion on 120000 players over the last few season) slight exaggeration I know 😬)

The trouble for them is that the kind of spend they've put in demands it be UCL. Their squad will, in no small part because they have the most arrogant fanbase in English football, have been expecting the Bernabeu and Allianz. If they end up dropping down in the UEL, their better players could easily have their heads turned and the financial rewards of the latter tournament are far lower.

Yeah, if you spend that amount of money, as an owner you'd be expecting to be pushing for conference league at the very least at some point

Just realised the teams around Forest all have winnable fixtures as well this weekend.

Chelsea at Brentford, Man City in the derby and Newcastle with a guaranteed three points as well. The pressure could well and truly be on.

Other than us and spurs forest have some tricky games as well so might not pick up to many more points

I'm sure I saw Wes Morgan saying that they didn't see the run-in as too difficult and imply that they saw UCL qualification as all but done.

It was an attitude that struck me as dangerous and surprising given his experiences here where we simply could not, and did not, let up all season in 2016 despite being in a far, far stronger position. Not to mention being part of a squad that bottled UCL qualification twice because they did have a wobble.

It might just be the arrogance and entitlement you'd expect from that club, but it's a very dangerous attitude. Especially if the pressure is on after this weekend.

If this team has anything about them then a win at Forest would at least be some kind of gift to the shower they have been all season
