So we're playing our most talented player that could have helped us over the last 20 games, but was ultimately rejected.

We then wait until nothing matters, when we could be blooding in players and you'd expect not to play him... But no.... We  wait until the worst possible timing to play him that makes absolutely no sense.

Well done Leicester!

Absolutely mind boggling.

Sum up RVN to be fair!

He's a weapon.

He’s trying to get sacked and become a problem, I’m sure of it.

Never known a manager contradict himself so much.

“Monga won’t play”… plays shortly after

”I have a contract for 3 years”…. then says he’ll discuss what’s best for the club

”We’re now playing those who will be here next season”… plays Faes, Soumare, Buonanotte and Decordova-Reid

It’s like he’s trying to show he can be disruptive and force the issue.

This does unfortunately sum up RVN's time here, however I think Buonanotte is massively overrated by our fans. He's just the best of a very below average bunch.

For me it doesn’t matter if he is best player ever or best of bad bunch. He was one of our best players and has been painfully mismanaged.

I agree he's been mismanaged in terms of playtime, but on the pitch he's been bang average for months, some of that is down to tactical approach, a lot of that is down to him not yet having the consistency he needs to live up to the early hype. Huge potential, but right now nowhere near as good as many claim him to be imo. Should definitely have been playing though!

I won't for a moment try to justify Ayew starting over Buonanotte, Buonanotte is a far more exciting player with a massive ceiling if he finds consistency, however his stats are very close to that of Ayew, he's not miles ahead of him, they both offer different traits, Ayew tends to create less, but he also loses the ball less, and offers us physicality.
Buonanotte is more exciting and produces slightly more chances than Ayew, but he loses the ball more and I can think of multiple errors from Buo that have led to a goal from him attempting a poor pass or a silly take on. The most surprising stat is Ayew takes on players more successfully than Buonanotte does with only marginally less attempts.

The first 10 games of Buonanotte blew Ayew out of the water, the rest he's been bang average.
Take it with a pinch of salt as stats are not everything, but I am quite surprised by how close they are statistically. (Stats per 90)

Facundo shouldn't be playing on the wing. If Ruud had a brain, he'd have tried Bilal on the wing and Facundo through the middle, months ago. His tactics and structure are awful, destroying the little ability we have.

RVN has taken formerly our biggest goal threat in Buonanotte and made him look like a competition winner with the touch of Patson Daka. Looks like he’s after a red card too.

I’ve never got the hype for this guy. Runs into blind alleys and loses it almost every time! Crap at shooting too! He shouldn’t even be on the bench let alone starting

Buonanotte?! Our most talented player?:o

He has not won a single one v one challenge yesterday, got tangled in his own two feet and couldn’t hit a barn door. If anything, he embodies the mediocrity this club has become.
Return him to Beighton and say think you very much.
