It’s impossible to know how both clubs will get on next season, appoint the right manager and start again for both of us. Now I know what other fans must think of us when we roll into town, they were appalling.

We looked better without 'walk back'. Soumare. Skipp was at least positionally better today. Why has it taken 20 games to work out though.

Daka is shocking but has the opposite of an ego so not giving him a hard time.

Just need Faes out for okoli and we're getting somewhere.

Really don't want ruud for the rebuild

A decent manager could have kept us at least competitive for 17th longer.

Not really a lot to celebrate we won at home to statistically the joint worst premier side of all time and hardly blew them away.

Southampton are financial in much better shape than us, but they need to start again.

I'd imagine financially they will be very comfortable next year and likely able to invest well. Parachute payments ontop of the likely sales of Bednarek, Harwood-Bellis, Tyler Dibling, Fernandes and Ramsdale, between them that brings in over 120m imo.

Glad I got a ticket if only to see Vardy score for the last time live. But jesus wept we have some truly dreadful players

Truth is they're not good but the dreadful management and tactics didn't help at all. I don't think Everton have a much better team than ours. Or West Ham. The whole season we were playing without a football manager/coach.

Who's buying them?

We might do. Some extra dross from Southampton is always on the books. These players have been involved in 0-9, 1-9, 8-1, 1-7 or whatever losses and there are always teams willing to buy these clowns.

Thank God for a win at last.

I really hope Vardy gets the 200th goal

Unfortunately too many of our players are so obviously not PL level

Faes, McAteer etc

Just not good enough.

Two Championship teams and dealt with them comfortably. If nothing else it bodes well for next season. But I still don't want the coward in charge

Faes is a Belgium international...

I might be wrong but I believe Faes would have been better if our midfield was half decent or if he had a good DMF in front.

Or if he wasn't dog shit.

To be fair on Bednarek I just saw he has a pitiful release clause so largely irrelevant but rumours are multiple clubs looking at him. Ramsdale is linked with Bournemouth and has been a decent player this season. Harwood-Bellis is likely to go to somewhere like West Ham or Palace.
Ramsdale and THB in perticular will have many teams sniffing around, they were nowhere near the issue this season.

Bednarek is one of the worst CBs in the prem, no one is picking him up.

For £6m it's a cheap price for a very experienced defender, he's been part of a disastrous campaign, but I don't think he will be short of offers for that price imo.

Surely that goes for every other rubbish centre back in history.

Ffs don't give Rudkin any ideas
