I would love to know what the likes of Evans and Page were promised to get them to sign contracts

 

Especially when they had big clubs sniffing around them

Marti was doing all these interviews talking about how important the academy would be. Even mentioned Aluko, Evans & Nelson by name. 
 

So far he’s only played Monga who is a freak talent and anyone club would be playing him.

Silly of them to sign the contracts. They could have gotten much better pathways to first team football elsewhere.

Can anyone genuinely tell me we’d be worse off with Evan’s, Nelson, aluko and page in the squad than daka/carranza, faes, vk/ Thomas, soumare/skipp. Why are we not just giving them a go ffs

Faes would concede against the. Soumare would do 2 yard passes before napping as they counter. Daka wouldn’t score in 12 games against them.

Can't argue with any of that except I would suggest Daka wouldn't should in 24 games against them

 

However you name 4 players - adding Monga it would be 50% of our outfield team which is just too unrealistic for a team that should be chasing promotion. But I actually do agree that they should be seeing more minutes

 

But yes I want to see more off Page and Evans, one should be on the bench at least every game, but Marti prefers to like Silko Thomas yet won't give him minutes either

I want to see rotation at CB and that includes Nelson

Not certain about Aluko, but I have not seen him

 

But we can't bring in 4 youngsters at once
