I have a couple of oddities wrt the FoxesHub International Seasonal Pass.

 

I had noted that the lcfc.com site was not allowing me to purchase the Seasonal Video Pass.  Every time I visited the site, the purchase button was not functional (could not be clicked).

 

I finally remembered to log in today -- purchase button was still not clickable.  I checked my account, and:

I have not purchased a new pass since our last Championship season.

 

I guess I will wait until 10 August to see if I have a video pass for the 25-26 season...

Not being able to purchase: this happened to me on android and on Firefox on Windows. Eventually worked with chrome on Windows.

 

I wanted to watch on my ipad but it just wouldn't work on Chrome, Brave, or Firefox! 

 

The tech is shite.

No Video on Sunday.

I thought I had better post here to hopefully save some of you guys some money and grief. I'm in Ontario and I paid for the 1 game pass on Sunday after my credit card was declined for the season pass (lucky escape). having paid for the 1 game (with the same credit card) I too could not see the game, but hear it by selecting the audio link. I started an email to the club after the game and after a few correspondences the problem was revealed. If another company is broadcasting the game, Foxhub cannot show it. In this case it was DAZN. Foxhub actually sent me a link to the DAZN schedule and they have 9 of our games up to January 5th. At that rate they could have 18 of our 46 games this season. Think about that before you buy the season pass. Now I am looking into DAZN which is a lot more expensive than it was 2 seasons ago and perhaps cherry picking a few from Foxhub. Hope that helps some of you.

I am in Qatar and I listened to it on audio also.

 

AFTER the game had finished I got a message back from the LCFC website that the game had been live on BeIN Sports and that's why is wasn't shown live in Qatar on the LCFC website.

 

In the message they sent me this link  https://www.efl.com/how-to-watch/upcoming-tv-games/ to check for future games. 

 

Stupid thing is though i have a BeIN sports subscription and i checked the  BeIN TV schedule on Saturday to see if it was being broadcast and it wasn't listed on their schedule so i didn't bother with them on the Sunday.

 

Not the best customer service by any measure but at least from now on i know where to check to see if a game on live on the LCFC website or not.

I received a similar-ish response. If the game isn't being shown on FoxesHub, why would you put a video feed link for the game?

I'm like 95% sure only matches not being broadcast on Paramount Plus are eligible on foxes hub, but how would we know when they don't publish a schedule and they have a link of "watch live" available. 

 

I think we got bamboozled.
