I know there's an MLS team that has hot tubs pitch side that fans can use. That being said, Americans are much less self conscious than brits.

I can just imagine there being chants every week of "Who's the w*****s on sofa" lol

America get loads right and the fan mentality is so different but yeah, over here when you’re struggling to win games you don’t want the sofa.

We had a mad load of pyro issues at Donny one season so I spoke to Pukka and asked them to give away a row of pies each game.

I bring you the Pie Row Party 😭

Hahaha! That is pretty fantastic to be fair

Simple enough to pull off and a decent bit of publicity for both. Also the fans get pies, which is all we really want at the footie :D

It's worth saying that Dan's appointment in the first place was a positive step in the right direction by the club. To go from having Harj running the show to bringing in someone with Dan's experience was absolutely the right move, especially in 2018 when we were on that cusp of/had ambitions of being a regular European places challenger.

I've been amazed by the lack of development in hospitality since his arrival, especially given his background with the Americas cup. That's a real failure.

Also whether it was rammed down his throat or not, he's chosen to stay in his role (and fall upwards!!) during the saga of two dodgy front of shirt sponsors.

He probably looked after the biggest group at the club (over 45 FT staff) so it's a big role to replace.

I hope they go ambitious again but I imagine given our current standing it will be an internal reshuffle.

Hospitality became a disaster under him we are in July and the club is not in a position to offer anything for next season. I already have 15 games at away clubs booked and nothing at home. Sorry just got an email make that 16. As others have said was clueless about what fans wanted or needed including what corporate entertainment means. Leicester barely makes the top 20 hospitality offerings.

I have raised this for the agenda at the next FCC and have multiple emails from people upset. It’s a major revenue stream and I know of supporters who have invested in away games and will not go to the KP this season. I know it’s not the Trusts highest focus but any support is welcome.

Makes sense, I guess you have to balance someone being very experienced with whether or not that industry is incredibly different.

I'm trying to work out whether the marketing department sat under him as well, if it did this might be a great opportunity for a reset!

Did you/ do you work in the marketing department?

Tom Collomose did mention a behind the scenes reshuffle, this could the the start of a few changes off the pitch, could we see Rudkin and Whelan in different roles by the start of the new season.
