The Broadway for city centre(ish)

Thank you

Some of my favourites are;

The Jungle Club (Checketts Rd)

Broadway Bar&Grill

Blue Peter

Paddys Martins Inn

Clowes Arms

Tiranga

As horrible as it is, your best bet would be taking a stroll down Melton Road.

What's horrible about Melton Road?

- insane amounts of traffic lights

- pan being chewed and spat on the pavement

- beer cans littered all over the street

- lack of greenery in surrounding area

- awful parking everywhere

- everyone’s a Liverpool or United fan

I could go on.

My grandparents live nearby. I’m embarrassed of the area and the way people treat it.

That probably is the same with around 60% of British streets, tbh.

Although agree that Melton Road had its general heyday before the 2000's.

Other than that though, it's great lol

Just go to Mowgli and save yourself having to play kitchen cleanliness russian roulette. The number of curry houses that get downgraded or awful write ups is eye opening and they're not remotely authentic anyway.

Also if you’re looking for easy in the City Centre Tamatanga do a great Garlic Chilli Chicken and the Tama chips are an excellent side.

All streets are  British.... its the occupants  that make them what they are
