I didn't even know he was injured, is that why he's not been in match day squads then?

He got moved back to u21s football then got injured against Liverpool u21s and didn't make an appearance in the most recent game against Reading u21s.

 

Hopefully nothing too serious as with Justin and hopefully Kristiansen leaving it's the ideal opportunity for him to challenge for a starting spot.

Fullback is a position we have a decent track record bringing academy lads through into. I think he'll have a good career with us.

Genuinely think we can afford to lose at least one more full back and he can come in and be good enough.

 

He deserves a good amount of gametime this season, I hope he gets it.

Physically he’s got all the traits to play centre back! Never mind lb or rb. It’s funny as in honesty in the pre season games he looked arguably better than all our other centre backs!

I really like him, I am slightly disappointed we haven’t seen more of him, he’s got so much potential and was always the stand out in the academy along with Monga. I’d say he was better than Chilwell at this age, and Chilwell took the piss himself at academy level.
 

Like @Ric Flair said an injury should present an opportunity for him, but he’s better than Thomas already which is why I’m disappointed he hasn’t been given a chance over him yet.

People said the same about Thomas when Chilwell went on his down turn of form before his move. We need to be realistic about expectations. Aluko is a good prospect that needs time.
