As you might know, I'm not a fan of Xmas, but it's supposed to be a time of miracles , so here's what I want for the Leicester City Miracle this year.

 

Dear Satan,

 

We have been very bad this year. In fact we've been awful, so please we would like the following...

 

1) 15-0 victory over Watford on Boxing Day (apologies @Super_horns, nothing personal, it just happens to be you.)

 

2) Faes, Winks, Daka, Vestergaard and Kristianssen sold for £100m in January 

 

3) The EFL apologise for the distress caused by the threat of potential points deduction and instead award us 12 extra points.

 

4) The EPL follow suit and promise that when promoted we will have a 12 pt head start 

 

5) Top reveals that the reason he has not been so involved in the club is because he has been playing polo in order to raise sponsorship for cloning research and that they have successfully cloned his late father, who will be taking over the running of the club forthwith.

 

I don't really ask for much.

I think you missed them buying back the Filbert Street land and demolishing the student flats and building a new 50,000 seater stadium on the site with a lot of architectural cues taken from the past incluing a double decker South Stand with a kop underneath right across from the away supporters - with planning passed and actually breaking ground in the year...

Although, if they had cloning tech i would have thought the best use of that would be trace a can of red bull with Vardy's DNA on it from 2016.

greatest cheer I ever heard at filbert street was from a game when they had given free tickets to some school children and had filled the upper tier of the double decker ..

 

a message came across the tannoy. “ Can the school children in the double decker stand please stop throwing sweets at the away fans below them”.
