I think official attendance should be recorded as the number of people leaving the stadium after the 90th minute. Get some AI powered cameras to count the people dribbling out after the 90th.

 

Although if it’s powered by ChatGPT or Copilot it’ll probably estimate either six people or 70,904…

Another random set of digits publicised for last night's game.   25,827 apparently.

 

The ground was maybe just over half full.   Being generous, I'd say 18,000 there last night.

The gallery was at 0 capacity, The posh seats were basically empty, Half the away end empty.

Looked barely half full if that when the light show was on 5 minutes before kick off. Suspect a few people thought it was 8pm

kick off but looked about 20k top estimate IMO . Only a few hundred in the away end

No more than 1,000 in that away end. 
 

Rest of the ground looked half full so half of 28,750 = 14,375. 
 

Anything from 15,250 -17,500 is probably a sound guess for total bums on seats.
