I think they still failed to win that game.Might have even lost

BLACK & DECKER

They are all big local derbies.Southampton Pompey is up there with the best of them for of the scale levels of bile and hatred.

I go to the Valley 6/7 men’s games a season.Just this second bought tickets in Block A which I’m presuming is the away end? Not many left .Rude of me not to make the effort.Looking forward to it
-
Swansea City went from 4th to 1st and back down to 4th in nine seasons which is some going.

Anything with a pulse was up for sale last summer and here on in.Worrying that the message still isn’t loud and clear. The club is on it’s knees.

Well the modernisation worked for a time and enough idiots fell for it.I have no argument with you on David Cameron and he has a great shout to be in this thread. Speaking of revisionism.Millibands 2015 election campaign was bloody awful.I felt very down and defeated the day after and with good reason as it turned out.
-
If you can’t see the difference between David Cameron’s Conservative Party and the one I grew up with, then I can’t help you. No revisionism here.Just stating the bleeding obvious.
-
I genuinely thought that Leicester had a reallly good chance of coming 2nd or 3rd before the MC Liverpool games. Not to win the PL but to come in a medal place. They played the best football I had ever seen a Leicester team play.Plus such a solid settled squad.2nd or third would have looked so good on the clubs cv. You are right to say they were never the same again after that mauling

David Cameron took huge strides to make the Conservatives X’s more socially progressive.I don’t think that is up for debate.

Are we on the verge of being footballs greatest 10 year collapse?

I seem to remember the media taking great delight in Leeds demise season after season.Partly due to Ramsdales recklessness. I think the fact that Leicester have had a promotion thrown in along the way has disguised how sharp our own decline has been to the average neutral observer. I may be reading and watching the wrong things, but not many pundits seem to have noticed our plight -
Is the Championship heading for financial 'catastrophe'?
Heathrow fox replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
Salary caps of x amount are all very well and good on paper. But please remember that the knock on effects will be lower numbers of over-sea players and a huge drop off in quality all the way down the pyramid. So potentially less interest and lower attendances.Making the gap between top flight and the rest even wider -
Very true.John Pantsil was on a reported 20K a week.Played a handful of times and was honking.Just as one example of the Sven period overspend
-
I thought the troops will be used to destroy yet more vital infrastructure? Making conditions for an uprising. Which is what they seem to be relying on.Then installing a pro US government and having control of the movement of much of the worlds oil.(Really bad for us) Quite an interesting watch as our media and politicians hate Iran, but hate Trump just as much.

If it’s the Old Testament that he sticks to then hardly surprising

I read that post and have no argument with you.I also agree with everything you post about KP etc. My PP was referring to my own personal supporting history.I have witnessed a Leicester team either pull away from,or get sucked into a tier 2 relegation battle in 8 separate seasons out of 42.(83/84 to present day) That’s nearly 20%Not massive, but not insignificant either.I’m not suggesting that scrapping in the wrong half of this division is our natural position. But I have seen this before. It’s not a complete alien experience to me.And yes we are really cutting it fine this time.Just like 91 and 08.
-
Well it depends on what your definition of a yo-yo club is.Mine is a team that goes up and down on a regular basis.I can only presume that the KP loyalists misguidingly imo think we will automatically bounce back up cos last time. Don’t forget that the 04/08 period is still fresh in the memory for some. This is the third spell of flirting with relegation to tier 3 in my Leicester supporting history.I’m not that old btw..So to say scrapping at the wrong end of the Championship is alien to us is incorrect
-
Read Grumpy fox’s OP and tell me where they say yo yoing between tier 2 and 3 is our natural position?OK they defend KP which is a tad misguided. They are correct to say supporting Leicester is an up and down experience .Fox92 starts their post by saying we are not a yo-yo club.Well clearly we are.
-
Not including the 1987 relegation 93/94 up 94/95 down 96/97 up 01/02 down 02/03 up 03/04 down 07/08 down 08/09 up 13/14 up 22/23 down 23/24 up 24/25 down 25/26 ???? There maybe a couple of big gaps in there but even then we were still being entertained either by close relegation/promotion campaigns,or by actually winning stuff. The most solid prolonged mid table we have been since the 1970s was under MON.Even then we had three cup finals.
-
Would be interested to know your definition of a yo-yo club.Leicester have been up and down between the 1st and 2nd tier’s more than any other side. Not including the countless relegation survival campaigns and promotion near misses.Being the best example of a yo-yo club is nothing to be ashamed of imho
-
That’s what several relegation battles in living memory can do to a fanbase. You get to read the signs.Has this squad got the fight and bottle to stay up?Comparing with previous seasons. No
-
The six point deduction has put them in a false position. Now the slide has been halted and.the best player is back, mid table form will be enough to keep us up.My only concern is the out of contract mob getting distracted.
-
I think AFC Wimbledon have every right to have the eternal hump with the MK Dons.BUT the rest of football should move on now.
-
I predict he gets em out of danger and up the table quiet quickly, then for complacency to set in as players switch off.

Sheffield Wednesday relegated from Championship

Did I hear someone say that they’ve had seven different keepers this season?
