Dressing Room Playlist

I'd be interested to know if anyone else found this dressing room playlist the players would do pre-match really irritating or if it's just me?

 

I think the fact that the music was absolutely s**t, sounded absolutely awful through the speakers and did absolutely nothing to motivate anyone, even the players themselves.

Yeah I'd be interested to know if there's a few that think the same as you. I feel deep down I shouldn't care but it really irritated me for some reason.

 

Probably just magnifed my hatred for the players, like subconsciously thinking "why should these crooks be getting any rewards" - even if it's just choosing a song.

I get what you mean it's hard to like anything about the club and the players the last few years.

 

It makes little things niggle, and it become all consuming.

 

I think the current situation just make everyone hyper sensitive to everything, I have to step away for my own sanity and well being.

I really dislike the introduction of “game day” music. I understand music playing when people are finding their seats, or stuffing their faces with meat pies at half-time, but I wish they’d stop playing crap music whenever someone scores. 
 

Even in the World Cup they’re doing this, and it’s so tacky. There is no better sound than an authentic crowd reaction, whether it’s the mumble of anticipation, the groans of disappointment or the roaring of celebration.
