Credit where it's due to whoever at LCFC opted to open this up to people with booking history. I didn't expect them to, but it's good to see common sense has prevailed. Hopefully this will become more common going forward.

 

I'd still like them to publicise it a bit more though, as for many people this is the first time in years that away tickets may be available to them but as far as I know the club hasn't really communicated it.

Agreed. Given how our ticket office operates, it was surprising they had even requested further tickets in the upper tier let alone open it up to booking history.

we expect it to go to general sale right? i remember they did it for boro and ipswich away

I decided to get a membership this season so I could get away priority maybe shouldn’t have bothered! But did manage to get an extra ticket so I could bring the missus.

Bletchley station is in walking distance, you'd be better off going from there

There aren't many away ends that can offer this many tickets, you'll need a ST with away points for most games I'd have thought.

I cancelled my ST in Feb but have home & away priority points but still have 'coming soon' and can't but - not sure when I last bought away tickets but at least 4 years ago so maybe its that..

worth dropping them an email, as much as we like to talk shit about the ticket office on here they do tend to respond pretty quick

Albeit plan when assuming I'd have to go in home end was to take my daughter (5), to her first game, not sure if that will be poss in the away end..

If the extra 1,682 tickets get sold, that will bring it up to 5,847. To then match the following in December 2022 (6,569), it would just require an extra 722 in ticket sales.

Cancelled my membership 2 seasons ago because theyre pricing us out of going and had to stop the season ticket a few years back due to family reasons so not had a chance to take them to an away day, so we werent missing this one.. cant wait tbh regardless of how the football is
