Was a good focal point yesterday for the three CB’s to clip up to, - I always get the feeling that he could score - I never had that with any of last season strikers!

McCarthy ( when not playing out)

Souttar ( when not playing out)

Lundstram

Riis

Thats a good spine!

Good that he's always looking for a goal but he was frustratingly selfish yesterday. Blew several good chances because of his refusal to pass

I disagree actually. There was one moment where Lundstram was winging after Riis shot but I thought the pass was harder than the shot.

I watch this team pass it around the box endlessly looking for the perfect goal. I’m happy for my striker to rate himself and go for goal, rather than pass sideways. If he keeps this up he will convert more.

Seing the dross around him, I am barely suprised.

Theres no one in the squad id rather have a shot than him besides that Joseph who looks like hes got a rocket.

That's why I also said that it's good he's looking to try and score every time he gets the ball but if we're thinking of the same incident, that was such an an easy pass across the box for a pro footballer and it was both Lundstram and Braybrooke unmarked in the middle so the chances of cocking it up were close to 0. Especially when it would have taken a phenomenal strike to score from where he was

We’ve not been great away but our away form is mid-table level and our home form is relegation level. I think this is likely because the players are not confident in the way Martin wants them to play but find it slightly easier to play away when there is less pressure and the opposition give us more space.

At KP teams come to sit back in a heavily defensive formation, and just wait to counter. Fans get restless breaking down the opposition (same under Enzo) and the game turns toxic. We've been doing that since Rodgers.

Away from KP teams tend to be a bit more adventurous opening up space for us, but the frailties are still there.
