Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Anyone think Wilcox might be called back for the trip to Hillsborough, considering we have no left wingers available other than Hamill. Or is Lee Morris about to be wheeled out for his annual cameo appearance? The suspense is killing me.
Fox in a Box Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 me too all together now (to the di canio tune) We've seen Lee Morris play ......... We've seen Lee Morris play We've seen Lee Morris play .... We've seen Lee Morris play

It's criminal the homework the bookies do! he will go with hamill. I reckon hume could play there though, Elvis and God De vries upfront. Could have a fry up in the 70th minute with De Vries making way.
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2006 Author Posted 10 January 2006 I would rather play Fryatt from the start than bring him on for 20 mins like Levein did with Hume and Hammond when they first signed. It eats away at a player when they don't score early on in their career at a new club and playing 15-20 mins in their first few games doesn't help that situation.

Best not rush him for the sake of his 1st game.
Scow Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 It would make sense to recall him since Twatto's injured for a while. And he's been playing reguarly, so would have the match fitness advantage over Hamill.

Scow Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Hamill is so shit! would rather have Wilcox anyday. Finally, we have some sanity on this forum!
Ricey Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 This wouldn't be a bad call, from what I've seen of Hamill he is awful.
Jimmy Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 how many games has morris played for the reserves since recovering from his latest injury?
Libertine Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Can Sylla play against Sheff Weds? If so I'm sure it'll be: Sylla------Kisnorbo-----Williams-------Hughes
Durnerz Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 It'll most likely be Kisnorbo on the left I would have thought knowing Levein.
Bert Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 I hate to say it but - I'd rather have Wilcox over Hamill any day.
Tommy Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Can Sylla play against Sheff Weds? If so I'm sure it'll be: Sylla------Kisnorbo-----Williams-------Hughes Not unless we're playing in Africa.
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2006 Author Posted 10 January 2006 how many games has morris played for the reserves since recovering from his latest injury? None because there haven't been any since he's been back in training. Got one tomorrow against Palace though and I hope that him and Weso are both included.
supedaj Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Not unless we're playing in Africa. i beliieve sylla is back for this weekend's game ...
Bert Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 i beliieve sylla is back for this weekend's game ... I believe you are correct.
Hitesh Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 We need more depth! We have a choice of Kisnorbo, Wilcox and Hammil on the left! I would play Wilcox but i dont think CL will do that. He will end up going for Kisnorbo IMO.
Anish Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Nah, it'll be the midfield that Lib's said. Sylla RM Kisnorbo CM Williams CM Hughes LM
Tommy Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 I believe you are correct. I believe... AAAAAAAAAAA FFS
Gené and Tonic Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Nah, it'll be the midfield that Lib's said. Sylla RM Kisnorbo CM Williams CM Hughes LM There is one major problem with that line-up. Sylla. I'd prefer Hammond for Sylla - anything to get him out of the team!
Anish Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 There are two problems we all know with that line-up. Sylla and Kisnorbo. Mainly Sylla. I'd prefer Gudjonsson for Kisnorbo and Hammond for Sylla - anything to get him out of the team! Gudjonsson is banned otherwise he'd be in
Tommeh Posted 10 January 2006 Posted 10 January 2006 Wilcox wouldn't last the 1st half, hume or elvis would do better
