The various members of Blur have gone off and done their own thing, producing some great music along the way. It's called 'developing'. They still managed to produce another fine album not so long ago. Back in '94, I thought Oasis were the dog's proverbials. I saw them live in '95, but after that things got a little stale. Even Noel has admitted it himself. Definitely Maybe was written when he was living on his overdraft, as was Morning Glory because his royalties hadn't been paid to him at that point. Be Here Now was written when Noel had more money than he knew what to do with, and it was, in his words, an indulgence. I happen to agree with him on that.
