it's £10 on 1-3 @ 33/1. it shows all the possible outcomes and all the possible profit/loss based on those outcomes. 

 

ie. as it's a £10 bet on 1-3, it shows that if the score is 0-3 he will be -£10. or if it's 1-2, -£10. but if the score is 1-3 he will be +£330. 

 

it shows you all the outcomes/profit/loss so that if you back something and lay it later you can keep track of where you stand kinda thing. but from the screenshot it's just a standard £10 bet on real 3-1.
