davieG Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I'd buy: White Goods (fridges etc) DIY / Tools TV's software PC peripherals I wouldn't buy: Clothes / Shoes Food
andyh1884 Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 Flights, holidays & foreign currency CDs & DVDs Insurance Pretty much anything to avoid wandering round city centres at weekends - surely the reason football was invented was so people could avoid this ballache
LCFC UK Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I do buy - Dvd's (not that sort ) Albums They seem to be alot cheaper on the net, especially Play. I have also bought a car off the web, well Ebay - which is pretty risky but was/am rearly happy with it. I would never buy:- Food (the thought of some dirty troll rushing round teggies touching all my food up) Alcohol (bottles/cans may smash/split on delivery, which would be a tragedy).
Dr The Singh Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 Cialis. You get those emails aswell??? I get about 10 a day, trying to sell me that stuff, by the way which supplier would you recommend???
Lemon Harpic Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I buy CDs, replica jerseys, train tickets and tickets for comedy shows and music events from the t'internet. I wouldn't buy Singaporian lottery tickets, viagra or Swedish penis enlarging pumps over the web, though. It takes too long to wait for them to be delivered.
Anish Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I'd buy almost anything off the net - although I've never done food shopping on the net before
Libertine Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 Nothing wrong with food shopping. We do it all the time.
Alexikokopops Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 Usually CDs and DVDs, and teh odd cheap t-shirt from eBay, it's nice picking up a t-shirt for £4.
Nationwider Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I would never buy:- Food (the thought of some dirty troll rushing round teggies touching all my food up) They do!!! I've seen them.
Nationwider Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 Buy - music, soap, books, gadgets, crap on eBay, electricals, white goods, travel/events tickets, my wedding ring (cheapskate). Don't buy - food, clothes, bride, petrol.
Jordan Posted 17 March 2006 Posted 17 March 2006 I just bought a new 40GB mp3 player (for $200+$13 shipping--about 120 pounds). Based on reviews from other customers, my purchase seems like a steal although I won't know for sure until I get it next week. This is the most I've ever spent on an online purchase (not counting the $250,000 I wired to the exiled son of a recently assassinated Nigerian general, though I shall be handsomely rewarded soon... I think...).
