The release for FM 2005 has been moved...

..........FORWARD! :D It will now be released Thursday 4th November so anyone like me who ordered it through Gameplay could have it by Wednesday :)

I have some good news for you.

Due to some unscrupulous retailers in Italy and Sweden who decided to start selling Football Manager 2005 early without permission, ourselves and Sega have made the decision to bring the release date of Football Manager 2005 forward to this Thursday, November 4th.

So, that means that you'll be able to buy Football Manager 2005 from this Thursday from all good, and some bad, retailers. A full list of UK and Irish retailers stocking the game can be found at http://www.sigames.com/news.php?type=view&article_id=1055

Realy really excited about this game unsuprisingly, I haven't played the gold demo so there is still alot I'm looking forward to. It will no doubt be the best game ever made as far as I'm concerned :thumbup:

Cant see it being one of the best games ever. It was a decent demo but the squad page is not good at all, its all one big list. That could of been improved surely. Plus you can get anyone you want on loan who is available managing Leicester, i got David Dunn in the demo, didnt bother playing it after that cause it just wasnt as realistic as other games :(

Still in one long column, not 2 columns though. I personally will stick with editing CM03/04. But i might end up getting it, i am happy with my CM game.

Not really worth splashing out £24.99 to Gameplay just to get it a day earlier.

Ordered mine from Play.com dont really care when it comes because it's for Crimbo :angry:

Not really bothered though because i am more than happy with my CM 03-04 game!

And for some reason im not really excited about the game it is not as good as i expected although the bit in the game when you can say something about you're opponents or manager is very good!

Especially when i said I was not keen on Kinnear :thumbup:

Im confused now!!

It most likely is Thursday. But if its anything like CM then it will keep getting delayed for about 2 months!!

It is released on the 4th in the UK.

If you have ordered from Gameplay you should get it tomorrow and if you have ordered it from Play then I havr no idea, they are very inconsistent you could have it anywhere from Thursday-Monday.
