You can get it replaced for only an excess payment if your Fully Comp and it wont affect your no-claims bonus either! So you ring up with your insurance details, pay your excess, set an appointment and they will come out to you with no extra charge. if your third party...then your feched. Autoglass will be expensive because its proper glass whereas RAC autowindscreens use their own glass and not as good quality! Hope that helps!

Thracian Posted 20 May 2006 Posted 20 May 2006 Things seem to be opening up again after my wife's recovery from serious illness and a major operation. We're at the planning stage of a property development and a friend got involved in the purchase of F4 CUP so I'm occupied in trying to market that and two other registration plates, F14MBE (flambe) and E457END (East End), something which is lots of fun and far more interesting and far reaching than you might imagine. For instance F4 CUP now has its own website (www.f4cup.co.uk). We are trying to ascertain if its the first to be dedicated to a specific number plate - and the tendrils winding off from that are seemingly endless. Early days yet though.
