davieG Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 I only ask because there seems to be so many duplications, e.g Sun / Matty Piper's & Maybury to Sunderland have both been posted at least 3 times! I know it can't be totally eliminated and I might even have done it myself but have a quick shufty at the topic titles before posting, I don't want to spend my time merging posts. Thanks in advance!

Daggers Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 Agreed. Luckily my posts are so shite unique that no would ever dream of duplicating some of the dross in them Yea, absolutely...damnNo way KM! It's because no one could reproduce your dry laconic stylings
Knighton Matt Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 Yea, absolutely...damnNo way KM! It's because no one could reproduce your dry laconic stylings Why thank you Sir *scrambles to dictionary.com to look up laconic*
Alexikokopops Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 Why thank you Sir *scrambles to dictionary.com to look up laconic* You need a thing like I've got. I can highlight a word, right click, and I have an option Dictionary search for "[Highlighted word]. Helps me look proper intelligent, sometimes.
Bert Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 I read majority of titles to be honest and if i don't see any relevance with what i have to say i'll start a new topic.
Matt Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 I don't read all the post's I just pick the ones I want to read. But whenever I post something about LCFC I always check if it has already been posted first, I think I did post a story that had already be posted sometime last week, but I did check before I posted and I couldn't see the story anywhere before I posted it, I obviously just didn't look good enough.
Alexikokopops Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 I read majority of titles to be honest and if i don't see any relevance with what i have to say i'll start a new topic. Yeah, similar thing here. If there's no title which suggests what I'm posting then I'll post away. I AM the law, fact.
Knighton Matt Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 Yeah, similar thing here. If there's no title which suggests what I'm posting then I'll post away. I AM the law, fact. If you really were the LAW, you'd do the decent thing and put the **** back in S****horpe
Bert Posted 13 August 2006 Posted 13 August 2006 Yeah, similar thing here. If there's no title which suggests what I'm posting then I'll post away. I AM the law, fact. Just like the Weso.Hume picture incident.

golden gordon Posted 14 August 2006 Posted 14 August 2006 I think you should be naming names davieG. yes the public must be told , who would not want to know if they were living next door to an indiscriminate topic starter,
Benji Posted 14 August 2006 Posted 14 August 2006 I probably shouldn't but i only read posts by certain people. I hardly start threads though so i'm ok there, although i think i read somewhere something about duplicating threads?
Daggers Posted 14 August 2006 Posted 14 August 2006 yes the public must be told , who would not want to know if they were living next door to an indiscriminate topic starter, I think the government should stop letting them in and giving them jobs and council houses.

davieG Posted 14 August 2006 Author Posted 14 August 2006 can someone precis this thread.. i just cant be ar5ed reading it.? Hard to make it shorter but here goes: thrd, I've removed the vowels but that seems to lose the essence of the word. does that help or should we stick to Thread.
cisono Posted 14 August 2006 Posted 14 August 2006 My answer to the topic question is: yes (at least not all of them)
Katy Posted 14 August 2006 Posted 14 August 2006 I actually check before I start a new thread but then I dont start them very often
