zoomzoom55 Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 What do you reckon that the score will be at the SOL? How much do you expect the "Keane Factor" to influence things?

lcfc_jme Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 4-0 Sunderland Our away form is disastrous, we are too negative away, we have lost our last two and we were pretty poor tonight as well. 4-0 is no exaggeration, 4-0
SystonFox Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 Connolly will score against us. guaranteed.
syston_fox Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 We'll either get stuffed or sneak a win. Its the kind of game we used to get a result in (Rio's debut for Leeds springs to mind)
Maybes Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 Sunderland 3 - 0 City no hope what so ever. Even hereford will be rubbing their hands as they have been handed an easy draw in the carling cup.
Mark Posted 12 September 2006 Posted 12 September 2006 No doubt we'll make it 6/8 games without a goal. We should go all out attack and have one thing in mind, score a goal. We're going to lose anyway if we stick to the same again.

syston_fox Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 Sunderland 1 - 1 Leicester. We'll get lucky and score a comical goal that will have Roy Keane throwing prawn sandwiches around.
Swedging Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 It's got to be one-nil to us. Just to piss on Roy Keane's chips.
Stuliasz Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 Connolly will score against us. guaranteed. He got subbed on 43 mins tonight, strange minute indicating to me he went off injured (with any luck).
Tommeh Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 Really can't see us getting anything!! But we are Leicester City so you never know! Prediction would be 3-0 Sunderland
C-man Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 I think its the safest bet of the season that we won't score. However i'm being optimistic, and saying 1-0 to them.
ROSSINDA Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 I think its the safest bet of the season that we won't score. However i'm being optimistic, and saying 1-0 to them. 2 - 0 Sunderland (sorry to say it)
Jimmy Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 i think we NEED to get a hammering up there to wake a few people up, maybe even make kelly fear for his job to the point he stops being everyones best mate and starts acting like a manager

Including the shambles that masquerades as a Board of Directors.
ROSSINDA Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 i think we NEED to get a hammering up there to wake a few people up, maybe even make kelly fear for his job to the point he stops being everyones best mate and starts acting like a manager I think you have just hit the nail on the head, One of the reasons MON was successful was that he was the ‘BOSS’ and while the players respected him enormously they where also too some degree a bit “scared†of him as well. He made it clear from the off it’s my way or else. I’m willing to cut RK some flack at the moment as he is still relatively new and inexperienced as a manager but he must learn from his mistakes, something at the moment he is not doing, also he must toughen up as well. He’s the ‘BOSS’ now and not a coach anymore, yes the adjustment can’t be easy, but easy or not it’s something he just has to do or we are going to be in big trouble
SmilerFTM Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 He got subbed on 43 mins tonight, strange minute indicating to me he went off injured (with any luck). He did go off injured as did Steve Elliott who came on for Connolly. Also Whitehead was taken off on a stretcher towards the end. Mind now we've actually got a decent sized squad it might not be too bad for us.
mackemtwat Posted 13 September 2006 Posted 13 September 2006 ‘BOSS’ ‘BOSS’ Good job Keano's the 'BOSS' then
Mort Posted 14 September 2006 Posted 14 September 2006 Just dont think about the Sunderland game... before the "Keane" moment I was optimistic that with pace on the wings we'd "have them where we wanted them", now I'm just not thinking about it... I had hopes that this season would be "ok" (no great hopes for a high finish, just didnt expect relegation to be an issue this season) i was looking forward to getting to a few games when i got the chance... but whats the piont in going to dull, disapionting showings like we've had so far... that said I'll still be there for Colchester
SydneyFC Posted 14 September 2006 Posted 14 September 2006 1-0 to us. I don't see Sunderland doing anything smart, even it's more likely they'll trounce us.
