Hughes is as useful as...

You know the sketch, Hughes is as useful as:

  • a one legged man at an arse kicking competition
  • a chocolate dildo
  • a cricket bat made of glass
  • toilet paper made from concrete
  • George Bush
  • a condom in an old peoples home

As useful as a one armed trapeze artist with an itchy arse

Come on give him a break. Yes Hughes had an absolute shocker against Colchester but remember- he isn't a winger. I think he adds a bit of class in the centre when he plays well and gets the odd goal or two. He seems to be played out of position too often when we clearly have a right winger in Josh Low on the bench.

No.

I don't give a flying toss whether he's a winger or not - that is wholly irrelevant to how bad he was on Saturday.

Not one decent pass, robbed off the ball all the time and staring into space are not failings on the wing...they are fundamental failings in playing the game. At no point in time did he ever look like he even wanted to be there.

His attitude and performance were nothing short of ****ing disgusting.

I think Johnsons worse. Johnson is as useful as a bag of dog shit.

Johnson's like the baby powder - he's all on the surface and the "sweet smell" of being a new signing has quickly disappeared.
