Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 You know the one! Who is this fella, do people know who I mean? Even the players and staff seemed to acknowledge him during the warmup...
lookwhaticando Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Isn't it that bloke called Bernie? Or something like that...
lcfc_jme Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Isn't it that bloke called Bernie? Or something like that... Bernie or Bernard or whatever you wana call him. Lives near/in Quorn. Always has his kit bag with him. And the silly hat. The annoying horn. Wears the same stuff every home game. Face painted. Makes quite a bit of noise for an old bloke. Suprises people 'cos they don't think he should be able to afford going to the games?? That one?
Sooper Steve's shin Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Bernie. I think he walked to Wembley or something one year. A bit of a character by all accounts, Birch knows him and he's kind of been adopted as a mascot.
Bert Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Yeah it's Bernie alright. Many people seem to think he puts a lot of what he does on, but it's still good entertainment.
Sooper Steve's shin Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Bet you didn't think you'd get four answers to that one within 5 mins at this time on a Saturday night - what a sad bunch we are!
lookwhaticando Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Yeah it's Bernie alright. Many people seem to think he puts a lot of what he does on, but it's still good entertainment. I was right. And I've never lived in Leicester... or even been to a city game. I love being right.
Bert Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 I was right. And I've never lived in Leicester... or even been to a city game. I love being right. Yeah me too, i'd hate to be left, you'd get all lonely.
