filbertway Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 The touch fryatt takes before he shoots is quality Would like to see elvis to that.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 What the fock is Johnson up to in their first goal?! Looks like he's pissed.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 I just have to say, that is three shocking pieces of defending for the goals in that game. I can't work out which is the worst - McAuley getting absolutely done by a simple one-two, McCarthy getting equally done by a simple move down the left or their centre-back hoofing the ball into orbit for no apparent reason for Fryatt's goal.
kop king Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 Do you think we should try 3 up front cos were only playin 3 in midfeild neway with andy johnson there so i say we play hume fryatt and hanmmond all together.

McAuley's was absolutely schoolboy.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 Out of me, or anyone? you, about the defense, shocking. As I've been saying all week.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 you, about the defense, shocking. As I've been saying all week. Oh, I see. I hadn't seen the goals up until then. Surprised more people didn't make anything of it, but I guess the performance must have been so bad that we were bound to lose anyway.
Wils Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 Kenton and Mccarthy should never have let him through the middle of them before he cut it back for the second.
dandannieldanok Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 From sitting at the other end, I didn't realise the quality of their opener
Collymore Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 Never in my life have i seen such a lazy attempt to get back as Kenton for their second. He must have been thinking about something serious like what he's gonna have for tea.. He's even surprised when they score! What did he expect? and why is he wearing no.9???
Syko Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 It wasn't Darren Kenton it was a surprise return from Mark De Vries

I've not been overly impressed with Kenton, he often seems very slow to both react and at covering short distances. Probably explains why he never ventures up field very often. I think he's overated and I much prefer Maybury well at least if he was playing like he did when he first arrived.
Joe. Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 He gets caught out too many times on the wing. One day we'll pay for it.
