TAFKA Castroneves Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 We always do this, we will have a spell of games where we wont be able to play for anything, then when we do get it right we look very solid. Rob, don't change this team for a while!
Collymore Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 How could he forget the Villa wave? was gonna say that! went on for ages!
mancunianfox Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 How could he forget the Villa wave? Because he was looking at the Derby score at the time.
Finnegan Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Mexican Wave yuppiee!!! Proof that the football's boring.
cisono Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Hull just missed a penalty. <_< Do you find this game boring?
Finnegan Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Do you find this game boring? 1. It's not the most exciting game I've ever listened to. 2. I'm watching the Hull vs. Cardiff match thread on the CCFC forum.
TAFKA Castroneves Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Proof that the football's boring. The club should really market that, Don't worry, if the team are playing well you also get a Mexican Wave!
MC Prussian Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 We're playing very carelessly right now, and I don't like the sound of it...

cisono Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 We always do this, we will have a spell of games where we wont be able to play for anything, then when we do get it right we look very solid. Rob, don't change this team for a while! There is a word for this: inconsistent
Finnegan Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Pardon the spirit of Barton Fox posessing me, but am I the only one who finds a Mexican Wave at 2 - 0 home to BARNSLEY really focking depressing?
Stevosevic Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Pardon the spirit of Barton Fox posessing me, but am I the only one who finds a Mexican Wave at 2 - 0 home to BARNSLEY really focking depressing? very embarrassing
TAFKA Castroneves Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 I don't see the whole logic of defending a two goal lead, when confidence is on the high sometimes the best way to defend is to attack. Look at the Sheffield Wednesday game, they scored one, then popped in some awesome strikes just down to confidence (and a bit of skill). If we used this confidence and put three or four past them then it would possibly bring more fans back, lead to a run in form and better the players atmosphere with all the takeover talk still around.
