Twee is the new black. I'm listening to a lot of twee at the moment. But to be fair I always listen to a lot of everything. More twee than ever before though.
Flynny Posted 21 January 2007 Posted 21 January 2007 Twee is the new black. I'm listening to a lot of twee at the moment. But to be fair I always listen to a lot of everything. More twee than ever before though. I meant twee in its general sense as an adjective rather than the associated musical genre, but I guess it's all the same thing really. I think it's just the simple lyrics that make it a bit playful and slightly silly, the music is certainly pretty decent. A sample: I've got one from Spain and two from Japan I've got a couple from Israel and Azerbadjan I've got a plenty from Poland but none from Sudan or from Fiji or Uzbekistan You know I can't believe I'm telling everyone that I know That every stamp in my collection is a place we could go!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 21 January 2007 Posted 21 January 2007 I didn't know there was a genre called Twee? Anyhow. On with the thread. I've hijacked too much with my nonsense today/ever.
