At the ground they are saying Heath, but on the radio they are saying no way Heath but either Gillespie or Connolly.

Guest Daniel Posted 22 January 2005 Posted 22 January 2005 I aint got a clue and couldnt give a toss about him. 3 points in the bag, sorted. Stewart, what a waste of space.
Mark Posted 22 January 2005 Posted 22 January 2005 Forget his decent first half then? Some of his crosses were poor so lets pick on one of the few players in our team with talent that actually gets the crowd excited. The atmosphere was shocking in the first half despite a 2-0 lead. Better performance overall, not outstanding by any means. Gillingham played worse than Blackpool. Gillespie and Connolly the best performers, was great to see Keith running forward at every opportunity. Scowcroft being substituted was a moment to treasure.
Anish Posted 22 January 2005 Posted 22 January 2005 Stewart wasn't a waste of space at all. He had his bad moments but he still played well enough, and his run in the second half where he lofted the ball over the defender and passed to Gillespie in the box was amazing skill. Scowy did nothing again, glad he got subbed...finally.

Nice to hear it aint just me that hates you on this forum aswel now, you used to be a decent person but now you are the offical mod kiss arse. I think Stewart was shit, my opinion. He did nothing useful except one moment with a little skill.
Benji Posted 22 January 2005 Posted 22 January 2005 gillespie man of the match for me, not only coming forward but got back a good few times; was it him that blocked the followup to the shot they hit the post? saved an end of game enslaught. Maybury looked very decent, lots better than makin, pace and composure after the edgy start. scowcroft was cack to be honest, by the end of the game he didnt even jump, just accepted he'd lose the header so tried to get the freekick instead one thing that struck me, de vries didn't like heading the ball - i thought that was what he was about? still i preferred him taking the touch he looks another decent signing. final note, the ref was VERY good today!

Anyway.. ..II'm so pleased we won today because if we had lost I would of let grip of the last reamaining hope I had of promotion. We seem to be building on this little mini undeafted run and it's giving us confidence. Good to hear Gillespie and Connolly playing well, how did Maybury and De Vries do?
Ash Posted 22 January 2005 Posted 22 January 2005 I thought Stewart defensively was solid , but attacking he was awful

The fact that you "hate" somebody from merely reading their posts on a messageboard shows how immature you are. You don't appear to even comprehend the meaning of 'hate'. What have I ever done for you or anyone else to 'hate' me. Have I stolen your wallet, burgled your house, shagged your bird etc etc?? Grow up.
