Well do ya? :D

I love it so what does everyone else think?

Or perhaps you could give your ownbusiness ideas/ventures?

Favourite Dragon?

Post away!

Love it! :D

Peter or Theo have got to be the best dragons, maybe even Duncan :giggle:

As for Deborah - I'm out!, I'm out!, I'm out!

Oh, and why would I invest £100,000 of my child's inheritance in you?

A class programme

Loved the commentary...." Duncan is now considering his next move" etc lol

Not sure about the presenter's interviewing techinque though

Compelling prograamme. It takes on an edge when people are spending their own money.

I'd love to do something like that in relation to antiques/collectables.

Bargain Hunt shows "experts" helping gullible members of the public to buy a few hundred pounds worth of items with the idea of making a proift with the result that they often blow a good hunk of it, even before commission is taken.

Far better if the experts were spending their own cash and if the public were making their own choices too - with their own money. Cos the reality is that if you do go trawling for bargains, and you make a mistake, it hurts. Just as it will for the Dragons even accepting they've got deep pockets.

What a terrific way to earn a living though. Investing in ideas and having so much influence in trying to make them work.

I like it but I don't think they went into enough detail on the part where they showed how they've got on since getting the investment.

I agree. Last night they were very vague... comments such as "millions of orders are imminent" or "looking forward to a bright future" or "something exciting in the pipeline". Sounded to me like many of the businesses that did get investment were not (yet anyway) particularly successful.

They usually have 1 or 2 shows at the end of a series dedicated to where they are now, So probably didn't want to give to much away.

The sculptor is onto a winner i think. I thought his stuff was good apart form the Amy Winehouse one. <_<

My firm recently got involved in a Den type school sponsorship.

The kids presented their money making idea and we, along with others, gave them the backing if we liked it. The figures were slightly different of course but its a good way to encourage the schools and pupils to understand how developing an idea has to done.

Sounds like a very cheap way of cashing in on young entrepreneurs????

Anyone see it last week, some scouser got money for a pizza cooking device.

I am sure Theo Fajitas was going to make a smart arsed comment when he asked the bloke if he was married because he thought it was a bit of a duff idea. Then the guy said, no I'm widowed, and it wiped the cocky smile right off Fajitas face.

I saw that too

Good invention though
