It's a Primary school They were BB guns that look just like the real thing, the kids were showing off to their 'gang'...and 'NO' before you ask if they were coloured or from Eastern Europe, Lineker's Left Foot! Guns are becoming a much more pervasive part of society and city culture than they ever were before...I don't have answers for it but I find it deeply shocking and find myself irrationally worrying for my little ones. Real examples have to be made of anyone prepared to carry a weapon - no conditional discharge bollocks, no written warnings from the Chief Super - large sentences for those responsible for carrying the weapons and large sentences for those supplying them.

Only BB guns though, i used to enjoy popping bb gun caps in asses when i was a young 'un.

I'm fairly sure LLF isn't racist (he did say so after all! ) but what he said was inherantly tied to a racial stereotype.
