Does anyone read the lives updates on the BBC website? Some of the stuff people send in is fooking hilarious, it's the best bit about the cricket whilst at work.

I've got one ready to send in when we are in bat and when we lose the first few wickets early doors (as always)

Just 235. On an great batting track that was an excellent performance by England. The bowling early up and at the death was tight, and for once the fielding was superb.

Thats more like it!

Bowlers look dangerous and Anderson was so unlucky not to have 2 or 3, the fielders were up for it and all looked good and now its down to the batters. PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAASE put Bopara up the order to have a lash!

Vaughan out lol

Vaughan = McCarthy - well just a bit.

Strauss should have played and been Captain instead of Vaughan FFS

That finish was brilliant. Just such a shame we couldn't get it. Well done Nixon oand Bopara who managed to get a great partnership together and nearly got us there...

Pietersen also batted pretty well today.
