Taken 4 wickets. He was playing for Notts seconds for a few years, I don't know if he's had injuries and trying to make a comeback.

Plays for Cavaliers and Carrington in Notts Prem. Seam bowler left arm. Does well for them.

Shiv Thakor plays for them also.

Mo Rizwan also at one time. Alot of guys of Pakistani heritage play for them.

Ben Green is a massive loss in the CC with multiple wickets at about 25; some of the other bowlers need to step up at long last.

I don't know if Davey has been carrying an injury; I was hoping for the sort of impact that Chris Wright had early on in his career here, but that's not materialized yet.

Interesting how they'll get the 6 bowlers in, will Holland be moved up to opener.

Although Kelly makes an interesting left/right opening combination with Patel, doubt we'll risk that. If my money was on anyone, it would be back to Rehan again

Like yourself...I was hoping Davey would be our new Chris Wright. Hasn't materialised that way because unfortunately he's nowhere as good

He literally ran through the Yorkshire top order (Lyth, Luxton and Whiteman) the last time he had a red ball in his hands lol

He had injuries but his record is sound. As you say did well last time out. Lets hope he has bedded in. I think he is a decent bowler myself.

That seam attack is potentially honking so I hope we can get a decent total first up.

Yeah that stinks without either green

Well for all our excellent performances last year, Glamorgan now (and sitting 4th, over the season so far) have rather shown us how it should be done without reaching for the "we've only just been promoted from Division 2" excuse.

I like Ahmed, but he’s not a number 3. We never have a number 3 do we?

Poor today but id say Sheikh woukd fit best. Certainly not Ahmed thats for sure. Coukd be a brilliant 6.

Gumbs looks nice a compact but maybe push a single or two, game went nowhere at all for an hour then a clatter.

He has something though. Dont have to go nuts just turn the strike over.

Lewis Hill who never plays for some reason

Just been out form for so long? Did he retired mid season or is it at end of year?

Yeah happy with gumbs, I think there is a player, sheikh also will do well. Both slow builders and I think we need that.

It's as if he has just been not considered for playing since he announced his retirement at the end of the season and is concentrating on his benefit year.
