I’m not sure why we’re allowing Cox to leave, does he actually want to go?

Think the fallout from that first T20 game may have swayed him.

Can see why Warwickshire would want him. Better keeper than any of their options.

The fall out with Thomas, such a shame as he’s a good player and seems a good guy. He will be a big miss.

Big fallout with Thomas i've heard. Don't take it as gospel though.

1 run in 4 innings combined from our overseas batters! That's a joke. They should donate their wages back to the club for the last 2 games!

Can't get on board with this bring back Nixon. For years we were the absolute pits with him.

Too many bridges burnt there - particularly with Henderson.

Nico was a true fox and had an extremely difficult job to do, did he have the financial backing Thomas has had? I’m not so sure, what I do know is that he was stabbed in the back by Thomas and Henderson (who

 are as thick as thieves)

Undoubtedly, a proper club legend. However do think some are on some historical negationism with his time with us as a coach.

If we're losing Patel and Cox next season it's a real worry.

Scriven as discussed doesn't look right either and we'll not always have Rehan available. Hull has gone backwards at a rate of knots though fortunately A.Green shows serious potential.

We've a chunk of aging players in Hill, Davey, Holland, Eskinazi and Tattersall and beyond Patel who it seems is going a ropey top order so who do we build the side around?

For me in red ball the two Greens and Scriven if fully fit is the bones of an attack and if Davey and Holland are still going there is canny experience to supplement it. T20 may benefit from the same group with Trevaskis and Ahmed adding spin.

Batting though is a worry.

Hill is also retiring, I wonder if we’re looking to sign Evison,? (who I don’t think is any better than Scriven)

Hansdcombe should be back and also Budinger will play if we’re back in Div2

Another good run out for Farooq as England U19s beat South Africa by 76 runs with him breaking the back of the chase, dismissing their #3, #4 and #5 batters on his way to 3-43 off 8 overs.

Not really but for 2 shocking misfields  we would have made finals day in 2021.Look at the players Thomas has been given funds to sign compared to Nico. The only senior player he was given decent funds to sign was Chris Wright who was outstanding.Carberry was not a Nico signing before you mention him.We were crap years before Nico joined we didn't win a game for nearly 3 years.

Evison can't even get a game at Kent. Not as good as Scriven or maybe even Mike

It’s all a bit worrying what’s going on, Coaches shouldn’t openly criticise players in the media, it’s no wonder Cox wants to leave.
I wonder if there has been more fall outs.

Ruan de Swardt in as overseas. He is a good all-rounder saw a bit of him in South Africa. Would improve us if ww could get him long term. He bats well, can go through the gears and a decent seamer. Top fielder. Could have done with hom a few months ago.

Now ive said all this will be hopeless. But I do know that he can play. Saw him play a bit in the Autumn for North West.

See what you all think. Not sure how old but under 30 od think
