Paris Hilton may go to jail

LOS ANGELES -

Paris Hilton's life in the fast lane could slow down significantly. The hotel heiress faces a hearing Friday for allegedly violating the terms of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction. Prosecutors have asked that she be jailed for 45 days.

Prosecutors also want Hilton to stay away from alcohol for 90 days, wear a monitoring device that will chart whether she complies, and they seek to have her license suspended for an additional four months.

I wish they'd ban her from cock, video cameras & the internet instead.

Why? I would, and I am sure you would too....

I'm one of the few that haven't.

Nor will I.

I think women look really ugly when they go out without a brain.

She won't go to jail. Not with Daddy's money anyway.

Even more reason to send her down. Do they say "take her down" in American courts? I can imagine the look of delight on her gerbil-face turning to abject horror, and me standing laughing at her. Oh yes.

Don't like her at all either. Vile.

Which doesn't surprise me seeing as you don't like women anyway.

Still, I think it'd do her good to be sent to jail even if it is only 45 days. A bit of bullying and being banged up will do her the world of good.:thumbup:

Thats so IQ'ist.

If its good looking I bang it, it's unfair to not nail a girl just quiz she's thick. Not everyone can be clever Dave it's a sad fact of life. (I apolgise to the female members of this board if this sounds crude, I have a very poor command of the English language)

Shallow Dave, so shallow.

Add me t' list... I think she's fork ugly.

Made ever more unattractive by her lack of brain.

What a terrible loss for mankind.

That's the most beautifully crafted piece of sarcasm I have come across all day. ^_^

She wont go to jail.

Money, Money, Money.

So glad I didn't use ya'lls hot tips and place a bet on that...

Here's some of my favourite bits from the news article.

Reacting to the ruling, one of her lawyers said the jail sentence was unfair. lol

Of course... it's unfair to jail someone for breaking the law. Perish the thought someone should be punished for doing something illegal! :o

"I think she was singled out because she's who she is."

Too bloody right... she's been singled about because she's an everyday criminal who flouted her driving ban without second thought. These lawyers are really on the ball. It's not like she was just speeding, either... she was driving without headlights, and without a valid license... you can't honestly claim that doesn't deserve a jail term, after all, they tried to take her license away and that didn't stop her.

Best of all...

Despite prosecutors saying the heiress deserved a jail sentence prior to Friday's hearing, Ms Hilton arrived at the court at least 10 minutes late.

So not only does she break the law so blatantly to begin with, she doesn't even have the decency to turn up to the court on time to receive her punishment! She shouldn't really be so surprised to get jail time after such idiotic disregard for the law. When you're in serious trouble, the last thing you should do is make it worse for yourself. Still, she's too thick to know that.

The violations of her driving ban and probation were so glaring, to claim that she wasn't aware she was breaking the law just demonstrates that she truly is as thick as pig shit on a cold day. Absolutely no sentient activity... driving without headlights, while speeding, with a suspended license... says it all really.

Don't suppose a stint in jail will educate someone so thick about the rule of law. So I imagine she'll wind up in jail again before long.

Ha ha and ha again.

Stupid bint. However, I'm not too happy that it doesn't start until 5th June. What's wrong with going straight away?

I can see the appeal being successful, seeing as poor ickle Pawis is being picked on.

Welcome to the real world, sweetheart. I hope they decide they've been too lenient. Serve you right then.
