I know he probably had to given his lack of funds at Barnet, Brentford and MK Dons but is it really necessary for him to do it here? If Tubbs is good enough, then I suppose £100,000 is bugger all to risk.

To be fair, he's scored more than just the one goal, but he is poor still. As for Tubbs, wouldn't exactly break the bank and for what he could potentially be worth it seems like he could be worth going for

He would probably get 10 chances a game, surely he would score 1 or 2 of them most games
