RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 No, I can't believe it.He didn't show!!!! I was so excited about seeing him and then nothing! Without Wolfman's support we just don't perform. Boring 0-0 I'm afraid. What match was this you went to? Presumably in Milton Keynes?
James. Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Isn't this thread about Izale McLeod and a few marginally associated other topics? Each to their own, but I think you'll find that I don't make a habit of drifting through threads just to let others know that I personally find them boring. How bizarre that people that haven't previously contributed at all to the thread come in just to campaign to get it closed. I've been here before, don't you worry sir. Anyway, relax I'm just winding you up. It's a boring Friday morning.
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 I've been here before, don't you worry sir.Anyway, relax I'm just winding you up. It's a boring Friday morning. L ol. You'll have to ramp up your wind ups a bit after what I endured yesterday. You're right though, it is a bit of a slow Friday for me too. I've been on a customer site all week that's as dead as Plough Lane. If you excuse the inappropriate analogy.
Master Fox Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 What match was this you went to? Presumably in Milton Keynes? Playing in a 6-a-side league down at Woughton. Wolf usually hangs around down there, but for the first time he didn't show. Gutted. Oh sorry wait, you bloody Mk roundabout driving, concrete cow loving, plastic tree hugging idiot. We don't want to talk about Izale it's boring

Oh sorry wait, you bloody Mk roundabout driving, concrete cow loving, plastic tree hugging idiot. We don't want to talk about Izale it's boring When you've lived in a place so soulessly desolate for as long as I have you sort of become immune to all the negative comments of it and all its peculiararities which are unlike any other place.

Do sometimes wonder how people survive in such an inhospitable place?
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Do sometimes wonder how people survive in such an inhospitable place? L ol, you're making it sound like the kind of place Sir Ranulph Fiennes would go on a expedition to.
He's not bald Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Good for Milton Keynes, although I do have memories from my uni days of this girl.....she was known as the 'black hole of Calcutta', maybe Winkelman knows her aswell and he's obviously had a great experience in the hole and wishes for others to enjoy!!! I don't get the boring and life bit, everyone has a choice, you choose to spout crap on a footy forum of a club you don't support, and spout crap with people that love my club!!!!!! It's mine all mine!
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 It's a bit off topic...but what the hell eh? Apparently they're running tests on Shambo to confirm evidence of bovine TB...
Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 For fu*k sake! 50 pages!.... 50! I thought that was going to be some news then.
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Now 988 replies and 50 pages...just keeping up with the running commentary. Surely this thread better be closed due it being erm, too popular. Surely not the greatest sort of logic or business acumen? Isn't there an option to simply not partake in the thread? Or is it some sort of compulsory reading?

RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 It may be popular but has got fook all to do with McLeod these days. You're undoubtedly right, it has drifted OT a bit, but until the McLeod transfer has been finalised surely there's no point in closing it yet and possibly just starting another one?
Bluefoxtim Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 You're undoubtedly right, it has drifted OT a bit, but until the McLeod transfer has been finalised surely there's no point in closing it yet and possibly just starting another one? What if no-one buys him? Will the thread still be going in January?
Tubes Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 What if no-one buys him? Will the thread still be going in January? i wouldnt be surprised if it was in january that we sign him
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 What if no-one buys him? Will the thread still be going in January? Good question. I hadn't considered that. FFS, don't say i'm stuck here with the prospect of a white beard touching my feet until he eventually goes. I'm sure he'll be gone soon though and then I can head back to my monastery on the Mull Of Kintyre and resume my normal job of carving ornate piccolos and pan pipes for souvenier shops and second rate Peruvian buskers.
Master Fox Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 L ol, you're making it sound like the kind of place Sir Ranulph Fiennes would go on a expedition to. Well I might need a map and compass to find the pub. I hope it’s not as awful where you are Red?

Mull of Kintyre Dons?...has a ring to it!
RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Well I might need a map and compass to find the pub. I hope it’s not as awful where you are Red? I actually live literally just down the road from Winkelman's mansion (I don't live in one by any stretch of the imagination) and not surprisingly it's not too bad an area. I would elaborate but judging by some of the responses on here we might end up getting our house fire bombed. Mull of Kintyre Dons?...has a ring to it! Yeah, you never know. Some overly ambitious crofter farmer might poach the club off us and relocate it up there with no ground but exclusive rights on Sky.

RedOnRed Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 1) We've signed 12 players.2) The other person is our assistant manager. Is the assistant manager still Adrian Whitbread?
lookwhaticando Posted 27 July 2007 Posted 27 July 2007 Is the assistant manager still Adrian Whitbread? Yes. Locked on 999 posts. Because I can. Back later... hahahahahahaha!
