Wils Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I think Elvis has a career in customer service, he's always polite to opposition goalies. Hes the new groundsman.
Leonisco Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I reckon we should employ him as a steward in L1, just the threat of being gangsta'd and everyone would start behaving.
Daggers Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 And the blonde haired women. Fcuking robbed £10 off Me and Turkish. Had nothing at all for start of match - half time and at full time. I think i had to scab money off people to get the train home. [email protected] Nope, try: iamtoofeckingstupidtocheckmychangeincasesomeonemadeanhonestmistake@whogivesashit.com I find that every time, and I mean every time I use the Ticket Office they are quick, efficient and very helpful. Maybe these people experiencing problems should look at the manner they speak to the ticket office staff

AyewJoking Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 While we're having a moan, often the person "assisting" you has to ask another member of staff how to use the computer. I think you have to prepare everything beforehand so you can walk them through exactly what you want, where you want it and how much it will cost otherwise they'll fook you up.
Cat Burger Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 There was a nice lady who sorted cobbo out, got the old fock £10 off his ticket because it was the closest game to my birthday. I didn't even ask! What a really nice lady.
Mort Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Never had any problem with the ticket office... then again could be to do with being a naturally relaxed, easy-going and generally likable person
Tommeh Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I personally have never had a problem with the ticket office staff same mate, they always seem to help me and have a decent attitude. Jim's the best, I also like Joan who I feel many may be moaning about in this thread, as she got us tickets for preston by suggesting putting our names on a list for a 6th coach after all the others had sold out, the list was then filled and we got tickets and had an awesome day
Milan Posted 15 June 2007 Author Posted 15 June 2007 Yeah you've got a point, I'm quite an uptight person really!
Ultra Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Jim (or should that be "Big Jim"? - as it states on my receipt) was incredibly helpful when I went in to renew the ST today. Would like to say the same was true last season of ALL ticket office staff, but it wasn't. I remember being told before one game last season, when trying to book a particular seat in F1, that the entire row had been sold. We turned up for the game and the row was empty throughout. Perhaps the club should ensure that all the staff in that office possess basic customer service skills. Then again, in the recent past it hasn't always ensured that its players possess basic football skills..
PAULCFC Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 A nose ear ring? :w00t: S'pose the correct thing is nose piercing.........But she was very helpful..........sorry!
SystonFox Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 they are fine with me and Jim is a legend. real nice and helpfull and on my receipt it said i was served by "BigJim" which is a nice touch. never met his son or this "Jodie Foster" look-a-likeee.
Simon Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 As has been said before, Jim is a ledge. I've always found the rest to be satisfactory, but Jim always goes the extra mile.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 me and me mate got our season tickets a couple of weeks ago and this woman, put it this way she wasnt delighted to be working there! miserable, sighed every 5 minutes she asked us a dozen times if we were under 22! im 19 and hes 20 ill try and dig out her name it should be on my letter
Blue Bob Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 Seconded. i dont like the old one with brown hair she always refuses to give me tickets Are you banned by any chance? I've always found the ticket office staff quite friendly, always tried to have a laugh with them and they have with me.
Fox63 Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 I re-newed last Friday and was served by Yana. She seemed to be very pleasent and managed to change my sons seat with no problems at all. However, my wife got a call from the ticket office today and was asked if my son would like to move to the seat he was allocated last week Perhaps they all need to look at the info they are in-puting just so they don't waste their time or indeed, anybody elses!!!! As a foot note, people will notice that 'Big Jim' is not so big any more. He has lost, apparently, a stone in weight since coming off the beer a couple of weeks ago.
AoWW Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 Haven't been into the ticket office that often but when I have they've always been fine, to be honest. Must be my winning personality and air of respectability! <_<
Toby or not Toby Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 Topic has been raised before, I think all agree that jim + son do a decent job, both supporters serving supporters. His lad looks a academic type, peace loving and all that, but he is a trained KILLER!! ...honest, black belt ++and all that stuff Got set upon by 3 youths 9 months ago and gave them a good spanking ....nice one!! have to disagree with that hes soft as shit, i went school with him, his names alex but everybody calls him mac!
Floating Fox Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 They always look nonplussed when buying 10+ tickets Apart from Jim He was gladly chuffed to take £165 Quid from us
